Quart resurrects

Kontaskjæret, Oslo

To pay its debtors Quart is selling its belongings to whom it may concern. According to NRK Oslo and its Blå-crowd have laid their hands on quite a few of the booked artists. Justice looks to be the main attraction to be put on stage at Kontraskjæret - in the middle of Oslo city centre overlooking the Oslo Fjord.

The festival will be called Oslo Live, and is happening from 2-5 July 2008.
Apparently the tickets will be riddiculously cheap - NOK 99-199 a day (EUR 12-25). Should be fun.

I can’t help to wonder if the royals will return to the festival now, after all it is in their neighbourhood. Did I hear someone whisper, “if the mountain won’t come to Muhammad…”?
